This week, Sunseeker had the privilege of honoring individuals who have devoted 20, 30, and even 40 years to building the world’s finest yachts. The Long Service Awards, hosted by the Executive Team, celebrated their remarkable contributions.

Sunseeker also celebrated an extraordinary career and bid a heartfelt farewell to a true legend in the boat-building community, Dennis Barnes.

Dennis began his journey with the company 47 years ago as its very first apprentice. At the time, no one could have anticipated the profound impact he would have—not just on the company itself, but on generations of craftsmen who followed in his footsteps.

His skill and dedication helped shape Sunseeker into what it is today. His guidance has inspired countless colleagues, and his passion has left an enduring legacy in the boat-building world.
